The Editorial Board does request authors of manuscripts submit them only after carefully editing. All authors’ ideas should be clearly and consistently structured.
The manuscript is submitted by e-mail (email@example.com).
Use font size 14, one-and-a-half line spacing, and a one space only between two words.
There should be no spacing before a punctuation mark, and a single space should be after a punctuation mark.
Paragraphs are automatically intended of 1.25 cm. (without using tabs or spaces); the spacing between paragraphs should be regular. All margins should be 2.5 cm.; justified alignment. When you quote text, use such quotes « », in case you need to use a double quotation (quote inside a quote), use quotes „ “. The letter of Russian alphabet “ё” is not used in text.
NOT ALLOWED: a) two or more spaces; b) underlining or a different color of font; c) beginning of the paragraph by spaces; d) automatic numbering in chapters and paragraphs. All typed manually. Formulas should be typed in the Microsoft Equation. Latin letters are typedin italics, Greek and Russian letters — in normal font (as well as figures).
2. The structure of article
NB: in accordance with the ethics of scientific publication a self-citationsare advised in the range of 0–10%.
Sources in the reference list can be only printed (published) publications (books with ISBN, or articles from periodicals having ISSN). You can find journals and monographs on economic topics e.g. on the website of the Scientific Electronic Library (http://elibrary.ru/rubric_titles.asp?rcode=060000).
References to different tutorials, manuals, theses, electronic resources (journals, articles, newspaper and any news, reports and various researches), statistical collections, general links to websites should be given in the footnotes.
All the Russian authors’ names should be transliterated according to BSI standard, the foreign authors’ names should be written in English.
You must list all authors (without changing their order): the last name, then initials.
It is necessary to transliterate (use italic) a title of Russian-language book or journal when you quote them. The transliterated title is placed (in separate square brackets) before the title in English.
Use the equal sign between journals (without any dashes).
3. Accepted Format forfigures and tables
The presence of figures and tables in text are recommended. In this case the text should contain reference to them. Tables are placed in the text. Every table has number and title. Figures can be inserted by means of the editors compatible with Microsoft Word. Figures should be of high quality. Scanned images are not allowed. We do request authors to submit figures in a separate file [example].
A title, headings of all levels, headings of tables and figures must not contain hyphens.
Tables and figures are numbered in the order of their mentioning in text. Each table and figure should have a heading which is typed in bold and centered. The numbered word “table” (before heading) is placed on the left border of sheet.
Standard abbreviations are used — the names of measures, physical, chemical and mathematical variables and terms, etc. All abbreviations should be explained (except for a small number of commonly used). Name of institutions at the first mention in text are given in full. Then usual abbreviation is given in brackets. It is used when references are repeated. Example: the International Institute of Social and Humanitarian Relations (Moscow) (hereinafter – SHRII).
In this section there are acknowledgements to persons and staff of organizations who assisted in submitted research.
